We are dedicated to ...serving those who serve others...in ministry, and have established an environment that is achieving all the above on a monthly basis. By combining Relationships with Resources, very powerful Results are being created in pastors' professional and personal lives through involvement with The Leadership Connection.
We use a combination of regularly scheduled group meetings of 8-10 ministry leaders, one-to-one sessions, outside speakers and resources, events, and retreats, all to provide you with the most beneficial, value-based experience possible.
Although the ministry is just over a year old, the impact has been significant, as those who have been involved will share with you. (Due to our commitment to strict confidentiality, we do not publish specific examples, but we will put you in contact with those who can personally share the benefits that they have received)
